Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (required)
  • Working knowledge and cross functional experience in Operations, Finance, IT and or Supply Chain
  • 2+ years of applicable work experience based on the above description
  • Previous experience working in operations at a CCA facility or similar warehousing environment
  • Ability to determine technical requirements for tool building through engagements with stakeholders and meet project deadlines
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in gathering/validating data from correct environments and connecting it/providing supply chain insights and value
  • Knowledge of data mining/analytics, automation, visualization, and relational databases
  • Familiar working inside Oracle SQL Developer, Databricks, or a similar relational database environment
  • Understanding of creating reports and troubleshooting inside Power BI or Tableau
  • Ability to create meaningful insights from data and effectively communicate to peers & leadership
  • Embrace working in a fast-paced goal driven team with a culture for driving innovation
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) across organizations and leadership levels
  • Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with business partners to meet mutual goals

Responsibilities

  • Ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer availability, CCA scrap budget, E&O identification, and lifecycle planning
  • Create recommendations and scrap plans to leadership through data analysis
  • Develop reports and tools such as SQL, Python, & KNIME that spans all areas of supply chain
  • Work cross functionally with team members to ensure on-time delivery of business results
  • Ability to understand impact of cross functional supply chain teams on the entire part lifecycle
  • Taking the initiative to drive necessary change in existing business processes
  • Ability to connect kpis, develop strategies that cross multiple organizations and just as important gaining alignment to achieve both customer and enterprise goals
  • Ability to sustain current reporting, team specific tools/systems and leading data insights and projects
  • Lead and support innovation changes on current processes that unlocks insights into structural cost reduction opportunities, overall budget impact and strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a supply chain management function, preferably within CCA and or a retail environment
