Requirements

  • 5+ years in a dedicated HR role with 3+ years of HR management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field required
  • Ability to travel approximately / an average of 25% of the time
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Service orientation with a consultative lens
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, manipulate data as it relates to the HR function
  • Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Ability to use independent judgment, problem-solve, be creative and committed to results

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a business partner to key mid-level stakeholders in the corporate supply chain and physical retail organizations
  • Support your departments with the employee lifecycle which includes selection, onboarding, development, performance management, and off boarding
  • Own project management, program development, compliance monitoring, and analytical reviews
  • Lead, develop and manage local Talent team
  • Serve as the business partner for stakeholders, providing objective advice, coaching, and counseling on talent programs, policy and procedures, employment/labor laws, conflict resolution, change management, and organizational development
  • Lead and resolve employee relations matters to include harassment and ethics investigations, escalating when appropriate, while considering risk mitigation
  • Manage performance related activities and compensation modifications
  • Superuser of data to identify and report out on trends and insights, making recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional partners and contributing to solutions that improve business results
  • Support execution of established and cyclical programs such as Performance and Compensation Cycles, Talent Planning, etc., initiating talent intervention to drive success
  • Develop and implement new talent programs tied to engagement and retention strategies
  • Support org design and structural changes to ensure consistency
  • Lead the Retail organization’s expansion strategies, serving as the Project Manager for Talent initiatives (program development, policy creation, etc.) and drive scalability
  • Serve as a backup for our Supply Chain Communications function, editing content and deploying communications as needed
  • Proactively stay connected to the business and Operations teams by attending regularly occurring meetings, and identify relevant initiatives that require communication and/or talent support and guidance
  • Participate on additional project teams, workstreams, SteerCos, tasks, and initiatives as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Program design and project management experience preferred
  • Experience leading and developing a direct team
