Requirements
- Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the state in which you reside.
- Must be a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician.
- Minimum of 3 years Pharmacy Technician experience required.
- Highly motivated individual that works in an extremely fast paced environment both individually and as a part of a team
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask while maintaining focus on defined assignments
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Process oriented with the ability to comprehend and complete assignments as a part of the defined workflow
- Capability to interpret data and create presentation to illustrate findings
- High degree of professionalism, must be able to successfully interact and influence pharmacy teams and members of field leadership
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Execute accurate and timely daily reporting requirements
- Build relationships and maintain frequent communication with business partners within the organization
- Manage timelines of various projects in order to meet required deadlines
- Develop thorough understanding of pharmacy regulations and reporting requirements under the Controlled Substances Act as well as state requirements
- Support and execute in broader Pharmacy Professional Practice duties and responsibilities
- Analyze data trends and draw conclusions- produce reporting to illustrate findings
- Comprehend and assess complex processes and workflows that impact the professional practice of our pharmacy teams
- Influence business partners to deliver best in class results as dictated by CVS Health Policy
- Create and update internal and field training documents
