Requirements

  • Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
  • Knowledge of all aspects of accounting software (Onesite, etc.)
  • Rent collection and reporting
  • Create annual budget
  • Arrange for contracts for service, solicit and collect bids
  • Approve, code, and submit all invoices and utility bills
  • Maintain accurate inventory of property’s assets
  • Prepare weekly / monthly recap reports as required
  • Responsible for compliance with all local, state and federal regulations including tax credits (if applicable)
  • Supervise rental office operations
  • Negotiate leases/renewals and execute documents
  • Administer community’s marketing plan
  • Maintain a real time understanding of local market rents and marketing programs
  • Supervise upkeep and maintenance
  • Ensure the preventative maintenance plan is in place and operating
  • Monitor employees and/or contractors during maintenance repair work for quality, timeliness, and safety
  • Meet standards in resident relations
  • Provide fair and equitable treatment for Applicants and Residents
  • Make time to talk with, get to know, and listen to Residents
  • Systematically follow up on all Resident concerns
  • Develop appropriate working relationships with Residents
  • Meet standards in leadership
