Manager – Client Implementation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Three (3) years related experience in a healthcare or PBM environment
Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience managing and/or supervising a staff
Intermediate/advanced skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, MS Outlook and Visio
Working knowledge of PBM or other managed healthcare services

Provides day-to-day leadership and direction to provide exceptional service to clients
Ensures that deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet the quality levels expected by Aspen’s internal and external customers
Develops and maintains solid business relationships with assigned clients at the key decision-maker levels
Provides support when developing presentations for internal and external audiences
Develop associates to meet the current and future needs of the organization
Ensures associates are aware of implementation schedules, individual accountabilities, and the competencies critical to successful job performance
Partners with other business units to effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries
Managing the client implementation scrum team
Creating standard templates for implementation tickets
Establishing configuration standards to streamline implementations
Establishing development backlog specifically for implementation needs
Establishing process improvements to implementations
Establishing deliverables focused on Testing/Quality
