Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Three (3) years related experience in a healthcare or PBM environment
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience managing and/or supervising a staff
- Intermediate/advanced skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, MS Outlook and Visio
- Working knowledge of PBM or other managed healthcare services
Responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day leadership and direction to provide exceptional service to clients
- Ensures that deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet the quality levels expected by Aspen’s internal and external customers
- Develops and maintains solid business relationships with assigned clients at the key decision-maker levels
- Provides support when developing presentations for internal and external audiences
- Develop associates to meet the current and future needs of the organization
- Ensures associates are aware of implementation schedules, individual accountabilities, and the competencies critical to successful job performance
- Partners with other business units to effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries
- Managing the client implementation scrum team
- Creating standard templates for implementation tickets
- Establishing configuration standards to streamline implementations
- Establishing development backlog specifically for implementation needs
- Establishing process improvements to implementations
- Establishing deliverables focused on Testing/Quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of PBM or managed healthcare services
