Requirements

• 10+ years work experience in underwriting, network provider relations, finance or analytics.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare, pharmacy or PBM.

Responsibilities

• Leading a segment of the Client and Network Pricing team, including oversight and ownership of a segment of the Caremark P&L, with >$10 billion in revenue accountability.
• Developing accurate and efficient pricing for Caremark PBM customers.
• Manages the performance of network providers, including tracking key performance indicators, analyzing provider performance data, and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with Sales and Financial partners to solve complex contractual problems.
• Develop a core understanding of drug pricing, underwriting, network pharmacy performance, and PBM operations.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements with a cross-functional team.
• Creating clear and reliable financial performance statements, and partnering with finance operations to forecast performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAS or SQL experience
