Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years in Hospitality, Entertainment, front-facing guest service, or prior relevant experience
  • 2+ years of Supervisory Experience in Hospitality, Entertainment, or other front-facing guest service environment, or prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains appropriate staffing level of Game Presenters and Supervisors based on scheduling needs. Screens, interviews, and hires candidates.
  • Facilitates an in-depth training program for employees matching the unique nature of the live streaming service. Develop additional training programs as needed for new games, procedures, guest service standards, etc.
  • Evaluate performance based on observation and guest feedback and provide coaching and additional training for Supervisors and Game Presenters.
  • Ensure the team adheres to game policies and procedures; implement and train the team on new rules, games, and procedures as needed.
  • Oversee staff schedules to ensure appropriate game coverage at all times and create and submit daily operational reports required by the department.
  • Resolve guest issues promptly as needed, escalate and/or resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Maintain a high level of guest service and employee engagement through fostering a culture of cooperation, accountability, and professionalism; recognize employees for exhibiting these behaviors and other accomplishments.
