Requirements
- 5–10 years in management consulting, private equity, or enterprise transformation leadership roles
- Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, strategic management or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and program tracking tools
- Familiarity with performance dashboards and project management software
- Strong analytical skills; fluency in interpreting and visualizing data
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, launch, and execution of enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on driving growth, operational efficiency, and excellence. Develop business cases, assess ROI, and prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact and feasibility.
- Serve as a bridge between executive leadership and front-line operations, ensuring communication, buy-in, and accountability at every level.
- Develop roadmaps, track milestones and budgets, manage risks, and report on progress across transformation programs.
- Drive adoption of new ways of working, tools, and processes across diverse teams. Craft communication strategies to cascade updates and drive buy-in across the organization.
- Regularly engage with C-suite executives, sales and operations leaders, and external partners to align on goals and share outcomes.
- Leverage Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools to distill insights, create dashboards, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare or multi-site operations experience strongly preferred
- Master’s degree (MBA or related field) strongly preferred
