Requirements
- 10 + years at a creative agency, marketing/comms, production company position
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with creative, project management, and account leads to inform, scope, and execute productions end to end, at the highest quality.
- Prepare and customize production budgets, schedules, and other planning documentation for content shoots, experiential productions, and other production deliverables as needed.
- Partner with Business Affairs to ensure all compliance and legal issues are managed across deliverables, providing a point of view to managing risk.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with a variety of vendor partners.
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to champion innovative ideas, by assessing feasibility, advocating for the creative process, and providing solutions on time and budget.
- Possess a willingness and curiosity to learn and explore beyond your core.
- Manage expectations across the team and client, giving recommendations when required.
- Partner with project management ongoing to innovate on process and tools, merging best practices with customization as needed to unlock high levels of creative and client service on evolving programs.
- Willingness to travel to events and shoots for productions, working directly with clients and teams onsite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of end-to-end processes involved in a production lifecycle (social, video, design, experiential) and ability to work across both in house and vendor teams.
- Enthusiasm and deep knowledge of social media is a plus.
- Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to estimate and manage budgets, create timelines and other production process documentation.
