Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing and equipment engineering
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, process optimization, and data analysis
- Proven experience in developing and implementing manufacturing procedures and SOPs
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead projects to optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and overall efficiency
- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment for new and existing products
- Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing procedures, SOPs, and equipment documentation
- Troubleshoot complex manufacturing and equipment issues, leading to effective solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and manufacturing teams
