Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, ideally within a global tech or SaaS company.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong cultural competency in managing teams across APAC and the Americas regions.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR operations and talent strategies in global markets.
- Expertise in implementing and optimizing HRIS and other people-related technologies.
- Proven ability to develop and drive impactful HR strategies that support business growth and employee engagement in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively across diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations in APAC and the Americas.
- Experience advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives on a regional or global scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of regional people strategies across APAC and the Americas, with direct oversight of the US People & Culture team, management of APAC operations, and collaboration with the EMEA People & Culture Lead, ensuring alignment with Foxit’s global initiatives and business goals.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture by implementing engagement strategies, leadership development programs, and employee experience initiatives tailored to both regions.
- Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and talent reviews to build a robust pipeline of future leaders across APAC and the Americas.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all APAC and Americas countries in which Foxit operates.
- Implement and optimize scalable HR processes, tools, and systems to support the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding).
- Lead organizational change efforts, providing strong change management strategies to guide teams through periods of transition.
- Promote DEI initiatives that are tailored to the unique needs of both regions while aligning with Foxit’s global DEI strategies.
- Act as a bridge between regional teams and global People & Culture leadership to ensure consistent messaging, policy alignment, and best practice sharing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
