Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, program management, or a related field.
- Exceptional program and stakeholder management skills – you know how to get things done and bring people along.
- Strong communication chops – you’re a natural storyteller and connector.
- A passion for developing talent and building programs that make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Bring our 3-year Early in Career roadmap to life – driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution across the business.
- Be a strategic driver to business leaders – help them navigate and elevate EIC hiring, development, and retention strategies.
- Build and scale programs that are inclusive, data-driven, and unapologetically awesome for our future talent.
- Collaborate with teams across Talent Acquisition, HR, Culture & Engagement, and business units to deliver a seamless, high-impact experience.
- Analyze results, spot trends, and drive continuous improvement. We don’t just do ‘good enough’ – we push for great.
- Influence senior stakeholders with compelling stories, metrics, and insights that move the needle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with university recruiting or leading Early in Career initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- PMP or SPHR certification.
- A love for fast-paced, people-first cultures (T-Mobile energy is real!).
