Requirements
- Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational and Mathematical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent
- Must have 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Must have 1 year of experience in: coding in Python
- Must have 1 year of experience in at least one or more of the following: Natural Language Understanding, Natural Language Generation, Intent detection, topic modeling and segmentation, training/fine tuning large language models, transformer
- Must have 1 year of experience in Machine Learning toolkits such as (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spacy, etc.)
- Must have 1 year of experience in distributed training and performance optimization on GPU’s
- Must have 1 year of experience in working on multi-modal ML
- Must have 1 year of experience in Microservice, Docker, Kubernetes, REST API, AWS
Responsibilities
- Work on complex issues where analysis of situation or data requires deep evaluation
- Build and deploy state of the art ML models for NLP and LLM use cases
- Build large scale ML interface and serving pipelines
- Design and develop and scale realtime ML services which provide AI functionality for Zoom features
- Define metrics, dashboards to monitor and evaluate AI service maturity and performance
- Work closely with the Research teams build required tools and services to make them productive
- Work closely with the product and operations teams to integrate ML services seamlessly into the products
- Work closely with various teams on data acquisition, cleanup and related tooling.
