Requirements
- 0 – 2 years of experience
- P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.
Responsibilities
- Driving new business sales and understanding customers’ needs to build rapport and trust.
- Attracting and generating new customers and cross-selling existing customers.
- Selling to walk-in customers and marketing products outside of the office via marketing calls and in-person visits.
- Creating community relationships to promote continued growth and assisting customers in the office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Successfully closes sales of insurance and ancillary products.
- Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales, cross sell / retention of customers.
- Leverages community contacts (natural market) to continually build a sales pipeline.
- Initiate outbound calling to established target customer base for Product offerings.
- Monitors key competitors in the local market area and makes suggestions on initiatives that could improve the company’s position in the marketplace.
