Requirements
- Must be from an accredited school of nursing
- Must pass all senior courses to remain in the program
Responsibilities
- Provide technical, multi-skilled direct and indirect patient care activities
- Assist with providing patient care such as ADLs, vitals, ambulation
- Report all deviations from expected patient parameters to the registered nurse
- Work under the supervision of a registered nurse who delegates tasks based on patient needs and NE II skills and abilities
- Receive instruction and mentorship from the assigned RN in the clinical area
