Requirements
- 2–3 years of SaaS sales management experience with a proven record of success
- 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience; sales experience in HR Tech (HRIS, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.) is required
- Familiarity selling into the 50 -500 employee segment
- Experience with structured sales methodology (CoM, Sandler, etc.)
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment; we move fast!

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support a team of 6-8 SMB Account Executives
- Onboard new AEs and mentor experienced team members
- Drive performance through regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and skills development focused on HRIS and Talent Management solutions
- Plan and lead team meetings and training sessions to foster engagement and learning
- Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture—ideally working in close proximity to our SF and NYC office hubs

- Experience launching or supporting new product go-to-market initiatives is preferred
