Sales – Account Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or in the process of completing course work
• Have 2-5 years professional experience, preferably in sales or adjacent functions
• Possess a strong sales drive and mindset
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• Have ability to build rapid rapport with customers and stakeholders regardless of communication styles and/or backgrounds
• Demonstrate proficient analytical skills – able to identify trends and actions based on large data sets
• Competent with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned accounts, jointly developing annual business growth, sales, and margin plans in line with company and category goals.
• Seek out new customer leads to develop sales.
• Ensure customer expectations are met, managing deliverables with internal stakeholders as well as with the customer.
• Plan, execute, close, and follow up on negotiations in a manner that creates mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Participate in customer forecast and annual budget process for volume and Sales EBIT planning.
• Facilitate customer agreements (ex: NDA’s) with internal Legal stakeholders.
• Lead all sales calls, business reviews, and develop presentations to effectively drive initiatives and growth plans for customers.
• Support Sales Team in creating strategies, objectives and project plans that identify and develop new market opportunities.
