Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university
- 1-2 years in medical sales or b2b is preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile
- Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise
- Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
- Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
- Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
- Must be able to communicate/present to large groups of people
- Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet customers’ needs
- Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings
- Persuasively demonstrate the value of products
- Systematically track territory progress and communicate wins with Sales Representatives
- Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems on-site
- Inform doctors, nurses, and other staff about the proper use and maintenance of products
- Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years in medical sales or b2b is preferred
