Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a top-tier sales team focusing on professionalism, performance, and elevated client care.
- Build long-term relationships with our clients by providing tailored consultations and a concierge-level buying experience.
- Oversee the acquisition, appraisal, pricing, and merchandising of pre-owned vehicles.
- Set aggressive but achievable targets and implement data-driven strategies to drive department profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Work directly with the Vice President of Ultra Luxury Sales Operations to align with strategic objectives and brand vision.
- Partner with service, finance, and delivery teams to ensure that every customer interaction reflects our clientele’s elevated expectations.
