Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of prior relevant experience in recruiting
- At least 2 years executive recruitment experience
Responsibilities
- Advise hiring leaders on search strategy, effective and efficient search processes, and market/hiring trends
- Manages full lifecycle recruiting process from end-to-end; including conducting initial client briefings, identifying job requirements, sourcing candidates, analyzing resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, recommending qualified candidates and coordinating job offer negotiation
- Source, attract, and deliver highly qualified passive candidates
- Assess candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers, manage the evaluation process and hiring decisions, execute candidate follow–up and feedback
- Partner with sourcing to develop strategies to ensure we meet or exceed our hiring goals while proactively building a diverse pipeline of top talent
- In partnership with compensation, provide guidance on compensation packages
- Work closely with recruiting coordinators to ensure a great candidate interview experience
- Manage outside search firms as necessary
- Stay abreast of various compensation offerings for executive-level candidates to recommend and review competitive job offers as appropriate
- Provides work leadership to more junior members of staff as necessary; supports a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork; and mutual respect
