Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience using schematic capture and PCB layout software
- Experience testing and troubleshooting electronics with standard test equipment
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating electro-mechanical test fixtures
- Experience with PCB rework and cable assembly
- Test automation experience using python and command-line operations in a UNIX-like OS
- Experience with network communications
- Ability to multitask, and change priorities quickly as needed
- Clear communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test procedures, scripts and fixtures
- Carry out DVT, reliability testing and compliance testing
- Perform data analysis and determine root causes of issues
- Develop and maintain processes and systems for managing test documentation and results
- Drive continuous improvement of design quality and test capability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with database integrations
- Experience with Solidworks or similar mechanical CAD tools
- Experience with compliance testing including conducted/radiated emissions and safety
- Familiarity with low-level embedded firmware (C/C++)
- Experience working with robots and/or robotic systems
