Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Applied Science, Biology, and Chemistry, or related discipline, including military experience and 3+ years of experience OR
- High school degree or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize one’s workload
- Technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure to balance conflicting deadlines
- Initiative-driven with a proactive skill set to improve processes

- Strong interpersonal skills; Strong team player with focus on customer satisfaction
- Advanced MS Microsoft 365 skills including: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
Responsibilities
- Work order management related to laboratory instruments.
- Provide front-line support for end-to-end incident resolution related to laboratory instruments.
- Primary contact for triage resolution of front-line instruments.
- Secondary contact for incident ticket management – ensuring work orders are created and recorded in the appropriate systems.
- Work with Associate ISC to coordinate with customers – keeping them informed of the statuses of the work orders.
- Work with Associate ISC as needed to coordinate with vendors – keep customers informed of when third parties will visit to resolve work orders.
- Vendor management, including scheduling, transporting and hosting vendors and engineers while on site.
- Responsible for ensuring records are kept complete within both customer and PerkinElmer systems, including the asset inventory management team systems.
- Maintain training and compliance in areas of health and safety, security, environmental and operational aspects of daily activities in the working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of GLP/GxP and/or experience working in a compliance-driven environment
- Knowledge and understanding of EHS procedures.
- Expertise in HPLC, UPLC, LCMS, simple quad mass specification or FSC
- Experience with analytical equipment and/or laboratory environments
- Working knowledge of SAP and database management
