Requirements
- PMP designation preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience within the payments domain and with demonstrated performance in project execution
- Strong understanding of the payments industry, including debit card networks, regulations, and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience with payment gateway configuration and management
- Programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Debit Product Manager to analyze and manage payment transaction data; support the development and implementation of strategies that optimize the client’s debit portfolio performance, leading to increased client usage and adoption
- Support development and execution of product enhancement roadmap for the company’s debit portfolio
- Bring industry best practices and insights to contribute to the company’s debit product roadmap
- Analyze transaction data to identify patterns and trends related to the company’s debit card products, client transaction behaviors, and product optimization
- Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Debit Product Manager
- Work with cross-functional teams such as product development, customer service, and risk management to implement authorization optimization strategies
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to recommend opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
