Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 6–8 years of experience successfully leading large, diverse sales teams
- Proven expertise in CRM and sales enablement platforms
- Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills to drive performance and growth
- A sharp analytical mindset paired with a people-first leadership style
- The ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategic vision
- Confidence in working independently and collaborating across diverse personalities and teams
Responsibilities
- Directly manage 5 Team Leaders and support a team of 30 Sales Managers across North America
- Set clear targets and drive strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast accurately, and ensure consistent sales process execution
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies and provide customer insights
- Represent Sales in leadership discussions and contribute to business-wide planning
- Oversee CRM usage (Salesforce), improve tools and processes, and support reporting, analysis, and performance tracking
- Lead initiatives to improve team efficiency and sales enablement
- Participate in hiring and onboarding
- Champion a collaborative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused team culture
