Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English to support client management in this region.
Responsibilities
- Scale the work of the Google Cloud GTM teams by creating, defining, running, and reporting on global cross-functional programs according to business needs.
- Measure and report on metrics to identify any need to change course, cancel, or scale the programs globally.
- Communicate status and identify any obstacles and paths for resolution to stakeholders, including executive leaders, in a transparent, regular, professional, and timely manner.
- Establish expectations and rationale on deliverables for stakeholders and contributors.
- Provide program performance feedback to enable cross-functional operations and iterate on the program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in process improvement or Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience in the business technology market as a program manager in SaaS, cloud computing, or emerging technologies.
- Experience in Cloud technology and products.
- Experience working directly with external customers and stakeholders.
- Experience with cross-functional developing, business, and marketing teams in cloud computing or related fields.
- Experience managing expectations, needs, and priorities of executive internal stakeholders based on the overall goals and programs.
- Experience working on a product, team, or process.
