Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber security, or related fields.
  • Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection or transformation, visualization or dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and prototype AI and automation solutions to enhance Trust and Safety intelligence collection and analysis workflows.
  • Craft effective prompts for various AI models and develop scripts (using Python, Appscript, SQL) to automate tasks and integrate data from different sources.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and contribute to system design discussions, particularly around data flows and integrations.
  • Work with Intel analysts, product teams, and cross-functional partners to gather feedback, iterate on solutions, and drive development efforts.
  • Educate and empower colleagues on the effective use of AI and automation tools and promote best practices.
  • Be prepared to be exposed to graphic, controversial, or upsetting content.
  • Manage daily OSINT operations, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with a global team, and share insights with analysts, product teams, and external partners.
  • Transform complex data into actionable intelligence reports for executive stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain quality assurance and manage vendor relationships, particularly concerning AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Political Science, Public Policy, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with OSINT, the intelligence cycle and preparing intelligence or risk analysis reports.
  • Experience with machine learning.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
