Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in engineering or product management, or a related discipline; preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Function as a subject matter expert for core teams, sales, and regions.
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business strategic goals and objectives.
- Create promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate interest among potential customers.
- Conduct market research, as needed, to inform assessment of global market opportunities, product concepts, design iterations, and clinical and economic value propositions.
- Utilize data analytics to formulate and adapt key commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to align product strategies across all aspects of the organization.
- Analyze customer feedback and data on product usage to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Build out global launch and commercialization plans to support downstream launch excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
