Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- Minimum of 5 or more years of related work experience with a Bachelor’s
- Minimum of 3 or more years of related work experience with a Masters or PhD
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Suppliers to develop and refine electronic warfare systems, ensuring alignment with requirements and specifications.
- Assist in the integration of electronic warfare systems into a tactical aircraft platform, ensuring that all components function together effectively.
- Conduct assessments of electronic warfare technologies and systems, analyzing performance metrics and compliance to requirements and standards.
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures to validate the functionality and effectiveness of electronic warfare systems, including both laboratory and flight testing.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, plans and procedures.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and integration phases of the electronic warfare systems.
- Ensure that all electronic warfare systems meet relevant military and regulatory standards, including safety and operational requirements.
- Support project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines and coordinating resources related to electronic warfare system development.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the lifecycle of products, offering guidance and assistance in resolving complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in writing and/or reviewing Environmental Qualification Test Procedures and reports.
- Experience evaluation Supplier change proposals.
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) analysis.
- Experience with tactical aircraft programs.
