Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
- 5+ years of experience with the SAP platform, with a specialization in SAP PP/PPDS.
- 5+ years of experience with SCADA/MES products, particularly AVEVA/Wonderware solutions.
- Equivalent combinations of education and/or experience may be considered.
- PMP and Agile certifications are highly recommended.
- AVEVA MES certification is strongly recommended.
- SAP S/4 HANA PP and/or PPDS certifications are highly recommended.
- Experience in automation with SCADA products (an asset).
- Proven track record in developing partnerships between business and technology domains.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of label management solutions, particularly Loftware NiceLabel and cloud printing solutions (an asset).
Responsibilities
- Translating business needs: Ability to gather business requirements and effectively transform them into functional technical solutions with minimal rework.
- MES and SCADA system design and development: Participate in the design and development of MES and SCADA applications and systems.
- Technical documentation: Produce technical documentation, including specific requirements, design plans, and test plans for SCADA and MES systems.
- Collaboration with user community: Work closely with users to communicate objectives and potential outcomes, while acting as a change agent.
- Project leadership: Lead regular interactions with project teams to inform, negotiate, and maintain positive relationships with a shared vision of project outcomes.
- Agile and Waterfall project management: Lead projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and act as a leader within a diverse team of internal and contract resources.
- Technology roadmap development: Play a key role in developing the technology roadmap within your areas of responsibility.
- Project management in partnership with the PMO: Manage small-scale projects in compliance with best practices, in collaboration with the company’s PMO.
- Facilitation of project review meetings: Support and facilitate the regular planning and review meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automation with SCADA products (an asset).
- In-depth knowledge of label management solutions, particularly Loftware NiceLabel and cloud printing solutions (an asset).
