Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers and address their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues, offering solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process orders, forms, and applications as required.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless service.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
