Requirements

  • Proven experience in event coordination, planning, or project management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Experience working with vendors, venues, and external partners
  • Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, and contract negotiation

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for events from start to finish
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate setup/teardown schedules
  • Serve as point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with event goals
  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to meet all project deliverables
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise before and during events
  • Maintain documentation and prepare post-event reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
