Requirements
- Proven experience in event coordination, planning, or project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Experience working with vendors, venues, and external partners
- Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, and contract negotiation
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate logistics for events from start to finish
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Conduct site visits and coordinate setup/teardown schedules
- Serve as point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with event goals
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to meet all project deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise before and during events
- Maintain documentation and prepare post-event reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
