Requirements
- Masters degree in clinical research, epidemiology, biostatistics, informatics, or related field
- Three years of related experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Computer literacy
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base for clinical decision support tools
- Using a natural language processing tool to extract and analyze information from medical literature
- Assisting the principal investigator in conceptualizing research projects and preparing manuscript drafts
- Implementing a variant harmonization tool to identify and harmonize variant classifications
- Collaborating with research collaborators at MIT, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Northeastern University and Clemson
