Requirements
- Basic knowledge of EOB’s, CPT & ICD-9&10 codes, HCFAs, UB04s, HCPCS, DRGs and authorizations/referrals
- Experience working in EPIC
- Strong understanding of HIPAA
- High School diploma

- Process documents efficiently
- Review IVR statements
- Communicate with insurance companies
- Process patient/client requests
