Requirements

  • Strong academic credentials – college degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
  • 5-8 years of experience within consulting, business management, or financial services organization
  • Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage moderately complex projects independently to achieve long-term objectives supporting the ticket, suites, external events and sponsorships strategy
  • Develop and execute activities and planning regarding strategies and initiatives that will enhance Wholesale ability to achieve revenue goals
  • Work closely with the Director of Client Engagement to develop and implement strategies based on consultations with business leaders inside and outside the business unit to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and execute process improvements to align with Truist goals and objectives
  • Make recommendations and implement new tools to help bring scalability to tickets, suites, external events and sponsorships.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of client engagement functions, structure and processes and be able to integrate into all business functions
  • Have an overall understanding of the Wholesale line of business and supporting operating systems, policies and procedures throughout Truist

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in financial services / banking industry
  • Project Management and/or Business Analyst experience
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to summarize complex, detailed analysis into executive-level summaries
  • Ability to lead by influence (relationship building)
  • Knowledge of all Wholesale lines of business.
