Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in client services or presentation sales support
- Prior management and leadership experience
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in high paced, dynamic, deadline driven environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills and proven ability to effectively work with all levels of management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint
Responsibilities
- Produce and enhance marketing materials (e.g., pitchbooks, fund reports, fund overviews)
- Manage all aspects of the workflow and deliver the final product
- Update and format materials
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Ensure compliance submissions to deliver a quality final product in a timely manner
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and user guides to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational processes
- Manage and implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency across the team
- Develop stakeholder reporting for senior management
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business, including Compliance, to create effective processes in support of the sales efforts
- Think strategically, develop creative solutions and enhancements to better service clients and consultants
Preferred Qualifications
- Real Estate or Alternative Investment experience
- Previous Seismic Live Docs and automation experience
