Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales or leasing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or property management.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to meet occupancy goals and manage a prospect pipeline effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and knowledgeable approach to serving seniors and their families.
- Availability to work occasionally evenings or weekends for events or tours.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects and their families.
- Utilize and maintain the community’s CRM to track leads, manage follow-ups, and report performance.
- Execute outreach marketing strategies to increase community awareness and drive referrals.
- Coordinate new admissions in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.
- Conduct tours & marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of families and referral sources.
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs; adjust tactics accordingly to meet or exceed occupancy goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral networks.
