Requirements
- Successful track record of leading sales teams in Federal space within high growth SaaS or Cyber-security organizations
- Experience in leading sales during a transition from on-prem to SaaS
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals who sell to end users directly
- Leverage the support of influential channel partners in selling the IGA Solution Suite
- Bring structure and rigor to all aspects of the sales process including pipeline and forecasting
- Evaluate the status quo within reporting structure and install base
- Develop a 12 month plan for the business, broken down by milestones
- Present the business plan to manager & the Americas Leadership Team
- Ensure that pipeline is 3x quota
