Requirements
- A wealth of experience (8+ years) in email deliverability and compliance.
- A background in policing and sender policy enforcement at larger Email Service Providers.
- Public Speaking Ability: Accomplished public speaker on topics related to email sending and deliverability. Ability to confidently present best practices to internal and client stakeholders.
- Commitment to ZoomInfo: Role should be based in Vancouver, WA with 3 days per week minimum in-office.
Responsibilities
- Acting arm for the email police department regarding Terms of Service violations involving email results, content, and sending terminators (client listed at Spamhaus DBL).
- Establish a robust set of email compliance standards and ensure adherence for all users by collaborating with Compliance, Sales/GTM, and Product teams to ensure sending policies are reasonable and enforced effectively; as well as creating new policies for abuse outliers as they become visible.
- Producing and providing education and training to support best practices among senders.
- Performs cadence of webinars around email deliverability best practices that can maximize our product’s value to the customers.
- Establishing/enforcing warming policies for new BDR senders.
- Providing ongoing training and support to people managers to ensure compliance with sending practices.
- Keeps visibility with the sales-arm of the business, and acts as supporting lead to pre-post sale discussions around deliverability.
- Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures. Regular and consistent attendance, including in-person attendance where required.
- Other work as assigned by your manager or leadership.
