Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably delivering SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of successfully defining, developing, and launching successful products
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for creating innovative and impactful products
- Curiosity and drive to implement AI solutions to real-world problems, including LLM and VQA technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends for cloud managed video solutions
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with the company’s overall sales and success objectives
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and prioritize product development
- Lead the development and launch of new features, functionalities, and product updates
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution
- Understand and manage key supplier relationships and identify strategic partnership opportunities to amplify product value
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria for product requirements
- Advocate for the customer experience within the company and champion a customer-centric product development approach
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the user experience
- Collaborate with customer support and success teams to address customer concerns and ensure product satisfaction
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices for product management
- Continuously evaluate and refine product development processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IP cameras and video surveillance solutions highly desirable
