Requirements
- Organizational skills are top-notch and can handle disruptions and reprioritizations with ease.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with everyone.
- Proficient with MS Office (Teams, Planner, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and embrace new technologies.
- Typically 6 or more years related administrative assistant / secretarial experience.
- Knowledge of company policies and organization structure.
- Basic office planning, administration, and corporate procedures and policies knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Help orchestrate the daily operations, providing top-notch support.
- Support our dynamic organization.
- Be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Manages leader’s personal calendar as directed.
- Screens communications for action items and due dates, bringing key items to the executive’s or staff’s attention.
- Provides assistance with office procedures or processes that help the team be more productive and efficient.
Preferred Qualifications
- Administrative professional certification(s) a plus, such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Certified World Class Assistant (CWCA), Certified Executive Administrative Professional (CEAP).
- Some undergraduate level coursework beneficial.
- Nationwide experience highly desirable.
