Requirements
- Have a solid foundation in machine learning and/or NLP.
- Are excited about real-world applications of AI in healthcare.
- Have experience or interest in working with LLMs or other foundation models.
- Are analytical, self-motivated, and eager to learn quickly.
- Communicate well and work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models and other machine learning models for specialized healthcare use cases.
- Build and maintain evaluation pipelines and benchmarking frameworks.
- Implement live monitoring tools and metrics to track model performance in production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and clinicians to shape AI-driven healthcare tools.
- Stay current with research and best practices in AI and healthcare technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record with other startups or VC-funded companies.
