Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in training administration, including developing training plans and advising on training needs for specific roles
- Experience working for or supporting a COCOM or CMF team
- Experience working with an assorted and dispersed team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across different locations
- Experience supporting data gathering using various techniques, including working groups, interviews, and surveys
- Experience interacting with and providing briefs to senior leaders
- Experience facilitating conferences and large working groups
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the management of a training program, including coordinating with Combatant Commands (COCOMs) to ensure forces are trained, certified, and interoperable with other Joint Forces
- Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives, reinforces Joint standards, and facilitates the readiness assessment of cyberspace forces
- Facilitate large working groups with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish and update baseline cyber training standards
- Interpret and provide recommendations to senior leaders on national and higher headquarters joint doctrine, instructions, and directives.

- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, to build relationships with trainees and trainers
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively interact with trainees, trainers, and stakeholders
