Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management or other related business experience
- Strong academic record
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge and proficiency across Tableau, Essbase, and Salesforce
- Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Responsibilities
- Generate actionable business insights through in-depth analysis of key initiatives
- Develop reporting for flagship perpetual and drawdown funds across global sales channels
- Create measurement frameworks for global initiatives with relevant KPIs
- Assist in global strategic planning and business management routines
- Support global efforts with financial analysis across BXPW vendors and distributors
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential impacts
- Drive best practices around data management, including proactive efforts to ensure data integrity and quality control
- Support management of datasets and tools to enable efficient, effective, and accurate reporting
- Consolidate, organize, and manage information from numerous internal and external sources
- Collaborate with technology, data, and platform teams to monitor performance of data feeds and coordinate as needed
