Requirements
- Overall 6+ years of experience
- Should be able to manage the data dictionary for the client platform
- The person should know Salesforce i.e be able to functionally and technically interpret the tables/fields in the data model and should be able to map the same with the other layers from where Salesforce also consumes data
- The person should be very hands on with the SOQL, for this role it will be more like a manual analysis that they will need to run SOQLs in Salesforce and analyze the data in excel
- The resource should understand Salesforce ideally Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Maintain documentation of data mappings, methodologies, and report definitions
- Coordinate and lead conversations related to data mappings with the different stakeholders
- Maintain and track RAID log related to data related risks/issues
- Suggest improvements on performance related to Data
