Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- 4+ Years of public accounting and fund accounting experience
- Advanced excel skills required
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day activities related to the fund accounting and reporting of open-ended and closed-ended core infrastructure funds administered externally
- Manage day to day activities of offshore team
- Coordinate with third party fund administrator
- Review quarterly NAV packages
- Prepare and submit fund metrics to be included in firm reporting
- Review quarterly and annual financial statements
- Calculate management fees, capital calls, distributions, waterfall allocations, time-weighted returns and IRRs
- Prepare and review expense allocations and payments
- Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audit process
- Coordinate wire payments
- LP onboarding and investor requests
- Review fund governing documents
- Assist in building processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Participate in system migration and implementation
- Assist with ad-hoc projects
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA preferred
- Open-ended alternative investment fund experience a plus
- Investran experience a plus
