Requirements
- 10+ years of software sales experience
- 3-5+ years in sales management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Experience leading a team of Strategic/Mid-Market Account Executives in a B2B software sales environment
- Strong ability to hire, train, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills
- Fluency in English required; business-level Spanish or French is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership, vision, and direction for the sales team and broader DeepL sales organization
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training
- Drive sales success by leading prospect meetings, conducting forecast reviews, and accurately reporting progress to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and outbound sales teams to build pipeline and drive market awareness
- Engage with C-level executives, manage key client relationships, and address significant customer concerns
- Establish policies, processes, and strategies to ensure revenue growth while maintaining deep industry and competitive knowledge
