Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and SDR roles, preferably in technology, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions
- Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline and cold calling experience
- Strong understanding of consultative sales technique and customer relationship management
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Prospect, engage, and close deals with SMB clients, showcasing the value of Landbase’s AI solutions.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with Landbase’s solutions.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in AI-powered technologies.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Landbase at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align efforts and deliver seamless client experiences.
- Provide insights and suggestions to refine sales materials, pitches, and go-to-market strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and negotiation techniques a bonus
- Knowledge of other go-to-market sales enablement tools (Clay, Unify, etc)
