Requirements
- Strong knowledge of facilities operations, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and building mechanical systems.
- Ability to assign work orders to vendors for repairs and maintenance, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to the required standard.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, train, and develop both new and existing team members.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, inventory counts, and vendor relationships simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to monitor and maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of studio spaces and offices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments and teams.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and best practices for maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
- Ability to monitor and track preventive maintenance schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily walk-throughs for quality control, ensuring that studios are clean, well-stocked, and in top condition.
- Conduct physical inspections of the facility, including grounds, common areas, restrooms, and studio spaces. Identify areas needing repairs or maintenance, and assign vendors to resolve issues.
- Track and report any necessary repairs, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to team leaders and Leadership, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Oversee and ensure the safe operation of all facilities equipment and appliances, including regular inspections to confirm everything is up to standard.
- Manage and track the preventive maintenance schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed and proactively identifying potential issues before they arise.
- Maintain the highest level of safety standards across all facilities operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and local laws.
- Manage the vendor COIs (Certificates of Insurance) for all contractors, ensuring they are up to date and comply with company and building requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact for facilities-related IT issues and work alongside IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Communicate effectively with the Workplace Experience team to coordinate workspace and studio operations and maintain a high standard of member experience.
- Assist with workplace-related projects and events as needed, supporting Peloton’s mission of delivering an exceptional member and employee experience.
