Requirements
- At least 15+ years of relevant financial services industry experience in roles such as Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, or Business/Operational roles with a Risk Management component
- Prior people management experience
- Knowledge of Technology Risk Management practices and approaches
- Experience in building business partner relationships and operating at executive levels
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Serve as the head of technology risk for FI, WI and Wealth
- Manage the External Audit Center of Excellence
- Provide risk management services including new applications, incident management, security, change management, and other key technology controls
- Manage the relationship with external auditors in the execution of SOC1 and SOC2 reports
- Formulate strategy for future direction in technology risk areas
- Set strategic direction for the team and execute against organizational goals
